About the Position:

This position is a critical and key role in the company and it requires a diverse skill set. The producer is responsible for executing projects from the early conceptual stages through scheduling development to final execution and delivery of product.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for client interface and management.
• Manage the budgets for each project as well as create and maintain the schedules
• Define and customize product specification and wireframes
• Oversee the progres of design and production resources
• Interface with internal technology and other internal businesses as needed
• Manage external technical resources, aka freelancers

Requirements Include:

• Ideal candidate will bring 2 years production experience in an interactive environment
• Must have experience managing outside clients
• Familiarity with database environments
• Strong HTML, and Photoshop with a working knowledge of Flash
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Can work in a fast paced environment and juggle several projects at one time
• Good team player
• Comfortable working with and commuincating technology process and capabilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Actionscript programming using "Papervision3D like" techniques
Engineering of systems to allow realtime multi-user interaction within 3D immersive environments.

Requirements Include:

• Ideal candidate will have experience in a 3D gaming, preferably MMOG
• Understanding of character animation in realtime systems.
• Knowledge of pathfinding, occlusion, culling, BSP etc for production of efficient 3D environments
